A memorable night of entertainment is anticipated on Sunday (June 30), when local artists, Fire Wayne,Donquili, Rikkai Scott, Yesha Townsend, Troika and T’aja Williams take the stage for the 2024 Premier’s Concert.
Hosted by the Department of Culture, the public is invited to attend the annual event which is in keeping with the theme of celebrating the island’s eight (8) National Heroes.
As a reminder, the Premier’s Concert, was first introduced in December of 1985, by then Cultural Affairs Officer, Ruth E. Thomas MBE. It continues to be a significant event in Bermuda’s artistic community.
This year, it’s taking place at the Ruth Seaton James Auditorium at CedarBridge Academy, and the impressive lineup of local performers will each dedicate a performance to a National Hero.
The Premier’s Concert is a free event, and members of the public are welcome, and anyone wishing to attend should visit Premier’s Concert E-Vite.
