The Premier and Minister of Finance, the Hon. E David Burt, JP, MP, will travel to Washington D.C. this week, where he will hold meetings with members of the U.S. Congress and officials in the Executive Branch.
Premier Burt said, “The objective of these meetings will be to renew contacts with U.S lawmakers and Biden administration officials, reiterating Bermuda’s strong reputation for regulatory excellence.
The Premier departs today and will return to the island on Friday. Deputy Premier, Hon. Walter Roban will be Acting Premier & Minister of Finance.”
