Throughout the National Heroes’ Day holiday weekend, the Bermuda Police Service (BPS) proactively monitored various social events, such as the carnival themed parties, as well as liquor licensed premises in the City of Hamilton and in other areas outside of the city. BPS officers also conducted road sobriety checkpoints across the island.
