Police continue searching for missing teenage girl

The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) continues to appeal for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Raquel Sequeira.

She is described as light complexioned, 5 feet 1 inch tall of slim build, weighing approximately 120 pounds with dark blonde hair and usually travels by bus or on foot.

The teen was last seen in the area of Hillview Lane, Warwick, around 11:00 pm, Friday, October 4, 2024.

Efforts by BPS officers to locate her are ongoing. Someone in the community knows of her whereabouts.

If you are that person, we are urging that you immediately call the main police number, 295-0011. This young lady is a juvenile.

We wish to strongly remind the public, harbouring a juvenile is an offence punishable under the law.

A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.

Members of the public with any information on the whereabouts of 16-year-old Raquel Sequeira are encouraged to report it immediately by calling the main police number 295-0011, or 211, or the Department of Child and Family Services on 278-9111.
