Some of the top speeds this weekend – Minibus driver ticketed at 81 km/h. Food delivery rider ticketed at 99 km/h.
Speeding remains the #1 offence being ticketed so far this weekend.
We’re also seeing far too many motorists committing other offences, including not wearing seatbelts and using cell phones while driving.
Our high visibility traffic initiatives will continue throughout the weekend.
Slow down. Buckle up. Put the phone down. Get home safe.
