Police Apprehend Suspect for Attempted Burglary at Crisson Jewellers

Approximately 10:13 a.m. on Saturday, 31st January 2026, police officers responded to a reported attempted burglary at Crisson Jewellers, on Front Street, City of Hamilton.

Patrol officers attended the scene to speak with the complainant, while other police units began a pursuit of two suspects matching the description provided, who left the area on a red motorcycle, empty-handed.

There were no reported injuries.

The suspects, both males, were eventually intercepted on Tribe Road #5, Warwick.

Following a foot chase, one of them was detained. The second suspect remains at large.
