The Family Reunion will feature speeches from our western candidates, entertainment, music and more!
We will celebrate our full team of 36 candidates set to be duly nominated on Friday.
Family, it’s time to come together. It’s time to reflect on how we’ve worked to relieve the burden during these challenging times. Consider – during the tenure of this government, we’ve dealt with a global pandemic, wars around the world, and the worst global cost of living crisis in 40 years.
Through all of that, the PLP Government has done whatever we could, whenever we could to help Bermudians by putting a little more money in your pocket. We raised senior pensions six times. We lowered taxes for 86% of us and all local businesses while asking the wealthy to pay more. Weintroduced the minimum wage. We increased the childcare allowance and eligibility. We built or refurbished over 70 affordable homes with many more on the way!
So, this Saturday, it’s time to come together as a family, reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re going. Join us this Saturday, February 1st from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Dalton E Tucker Primary School.
