Pinky’s will commence a series of technical and mechanical upgrades so that it can be ready for the upcoming busy season.
“We had attempted to perform the upgrades as we go, but it was inevitable that customer service would have been interrupted multiple times over a longer period of time”, says Kristina Burrows.
“We have instead decided to do all the required work during one intensive period so that we are done for May.”
Technical upgrades will impact building, equipment, computer systems including Menuboards.
We anticipate a short period to undertake the activity. When we reopen in May, customers can look forward to expanded menu and services including an Order-Ahead Restaurant Menu, opening of the TakeOut area with Coffeeshop and Buffet.
