A 24-year-old Pembroke man appeared in Magistrates’ Court today charged with four drug-related offenses.
It was alleged that on the 19th day of September 2025, in Pembroke Parish, and in an increased penalty zone Jah’Dimon Parkes had in his possession with intent to supply (1) cannabis resin, (2) possession with intent to supply cannabis, (3) possession of a scale in connection with the Misuse of Drugs Act, and committing the offenses within an increased penalty zone, (4) possession a controlled drug, namely Delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol which was intended for supply.
The case was heard before Magistrate Craig Attridge. Parks, was remanded into custody until Monday October 13, when he is expected to reappear in court in relation to other outstanding matters.
The defendant was represented by attorney Charles Richardson, while Crown Counsel Matthew Frick appeared on behalf of the Department of Public Prosecutions.
