A 24-year-old Pembroke man appeared in Magistrates’ Court today, where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of uttering threatening words against another man.
Jah’Dimon Parks, of Pembroke, is accused of making the threat on August 14, 2026, in Pembroke Parish.
The charge alleges that Parks uttered threatening words to the complainant, saying: “I will send a young boy over your house to kill you.”
Parks pleaded not guilty to the allegation before Magistrate Craig Attridge.
He was subsequently granted $1,500 bail and ordered to report to Hamilton Police Station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Parks was also ordered to continue wearing his Electronic Monitoring Device, known as an EMD, and was prohibited from having any contact whatsoever with the complainant.
Parks is scheduled to return to Magistrates’ Court on September 21, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.
The allegations have not been proven in court.
