Overseas woman faces multiple charges in Magistrate Court

Appearing in Magistrates’ court, yesterday, was a 45-year-old woman with multiple overseas addresses, faced multiple charges related to Blackmail on January 17, 2024.

The first charge alleged that she made an unwarranted demand with threats to an individual, intending to have a No Trespass Warning from Lockton Companies International withdrawn.

She is also accused of trespassing on Lockton Companies International’s property on the same day, despite having been issued a written notice forbidding her from entering the premises.

Additionally, the woman faces charges for distributing three intimate images of an individual without consent, causing distress, and sending a grossly offensive and obscene email.

She was not required to enter a plea to the indictable offenses, was bailed to $10,000 with surety, and was ordered to surrender her travel documents. The case was sent to the Supreme Court December 2, arraignment session.
