Muhammad Pleads Not Guilty to Murder and Attempted Murder

25-year-old Taaj Muhammad appeared in Supreme Court’s monthly arrangement session today Tuesday June 1.

Muhammad was charged with murdering Ronniko Burchall on December 30, 2018 and attempting to murder Kenneth Wade on June 13, 2020.

In addition to these two charges, Muhammad was also charged with two counts of using a firearm to commit an indictable offense and shooting with an intent to cause bodily harm to Mr. Wade.

Mr. Muhammad pleaded not guilty to all charges. Puisne Judge Charles-Etta Simmons adjourned the case until Tuesday, July 13 at 11 a.m.
