Locksley Jeff Cummings was sentenced in Supreme Court today: 35 years imprisonment and to serve at least 17 ½ years before eligible for parole. On release he has a 10 year Supervision Order and his name entered on the Sexual Offenders List.
Mrs. Justice Subair-Williams told Cummings during sentencing:
“You violated a child, like only a monster could.”
“May you one day stop your cowardly ways and accept your demons.”
