Man pleads not guilty to murdering Keith Gordon

In Supreme Court today Clinton Smith pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder, stemming from the unlawful killing of Keith Gordon on a date believed to be June 10, 2022.

Gordon, the son of civil rights activist and labour leader Dr EF Gordon and brother to former Premier Dame Pamela Gordon and former MP Patricia Gordon-Pamplin, was allegedly found dead on at his residence on Victoria Street as a result of believed foul play, following an purported argument near to the premises.

The 46-year-old Smith denied any role in the murder when he appeared before Puisne Judge Juan Wolffe, who remanded Smith into custody, to return to the court on September 1.
