Man plead not guilty for murder in Supreme Court

Yesterday in Supreme Court during the Monthly Arraignment session, Jamie Cann was officially arraigned and pleaded not guilty to the charge of murder.

Cann is accused of allegedly killing Hannèe Smith in earlier this year in and around the government play ground on South Shore Road Warwick, where Smith body was found brutally beaten.

Cann was remanded into custody and is scheduled to reappear during the January 5, 2026 arraignment session.
