A 56 year old Southampton man was today charged with unlawfully wounding another man in Magistrate Court this morning before Senior Magistrate the Wor. Maxanne Anderson.
Darren Burchall pled not guilty to unlawfully wounding Richard Brangman on the 25th of October of 2022 in Southampton parish. Contrary to Section 306(b) of the Criminal Code Act 1907.
Burchall was bailed to the sum of $5000 dollars, and was order to not have any contact with the complainant, as he will return to court in May for mention.
