This morning in Magistrate’s Court, 45-year-old Clinton Kevin Smith was formally charged with the unlawful killing of Keith Gordon.
Since the charge is indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court, Mr. Smith, of no currently known address, was not required to enter a plea during this morning’s session.
Taking everything into consideration, Magistrate Maxanne Anderson sent the case up to the Supreme Court, where it will be mentioned during the August arraignment sessions. She ordered that Mr. Smith be remanded in custody until that time.
