A 50 year old man who TNN can not identify for legal reason, appeared in Magistrates Court yesterday morning charged with accessing approximately 6000 images in total of child pornography.

It is believed these alleged incidents took place over five years ago. The defendant pled not guilty to all three offenses.
Senior Magistrate Maxanne Anderson set bail to the sum of $20,000 with a like surety, also that the man surrender all of his travel documents.
The man is due to appear back in court on the 31st of July 2023 for mention.
