Man charge for multiple traffic offenses in Magistrate Court

A 42 year old Southampton man appeared in Magistrates Court charged with multiple traffic offenses, (1) driving without due care and attention, (2) failing to stop to police, (3) driving without a valid drivers license, (4) operating an unlicensed motor vehicle  (5) operating a vehicle without no third party insurance.

Gladwin Phillips, pled not guilty to the first two offenses of driving without due care and attention and failing to stop for police, Phillips pled guilty to the remaining three charges, Magistrate Tyrone Chin adjourned sentencing and bailing Phillips to the sum of $1,500 as he us set to return to court in two weeks.
