Man admits possession of gun, ammunition and drugs

A man was yesterday remanded in custody after admitting possession of a firearm, bullets, drugs and drug equipment.

Gregory DJ Sheep Outerbridge, 41, pleaded guilty in the Supreme Court to possession of a black Taurus revolver and six rounds of ammunition.

He also pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of a digital scale for the misuse of drugs.

The offences took place an May 26 last year during a police check point at Horseshoe Bay Beach.

Puisne Judge Shade Subair Williams remanded Outerbridge, from Southampton, and adjourned the case for sentencing.
