Visitors to Elbow Beach, telling TNN a swimmer was found unconscious and floating in the water earlier today.
According to individuals who were at the scene, beachgoers pulled the swimmer out of the water before police and EMTs arrived.
The person who eyewitnesses say was a man, was taken taken away by ambulance.
