Today in Magistrate’s Court, Tyrone Quinn was charged with stealing credit balances from three of his clients between May 14, 2020 and February 28, 2021. The alleged stolen credit balances total over $480,000.
Taking everything into consideration, the Worshipful Magistrate Maxanne Anderson granted the 35-year-old Devonshire resident bale in the sum of $10,000 with the following sureties: that he surrender all travel documents, have no contact whatsoever with the three complainants in the case, and report to the Hamilton Police Station three days a week.
Magistrate Anderson then moved the case up to the Supreme Court, where it will be mentioned again during the September monthly arraignment sessions on Wednesday September 1st, 2021.
