It’s that time of year as Kites for Kids will be giving away free kites to our young people, TNN News spoke with organizers of the event.
Kites For Kids is a charitable initiative that is the brainchild of Sunshine After Dark and brought to life through collaboration with The Giveback.
This year marks the 3rd anniversary of the annual event which will be held on Wednesday March 27th at the TNT Tatem Field from 5:30pm until supplies last.
This year’s event will see over 100 Bermuda Hummer kites and birdies given away to Bermudian children and families along with easter baskets, treats and food. At the event there will also be activities such as strider bikes and fun castles for the children to enjoy.
This will be capped off at the end of the evening by an appearance from the SMS Gombey Troupe & the Easter Bunny who will be bringing the vibes.
