At around 10:15pm Police received calls about gunshots being heard in the area, with emergency services called to attend to an unidentified male in the street suffering from gunshot wounds, which TNN understands to have impacted the victim’s stomach and chest region.

The victim was subsequently transported to KEMH by ambulance, but was later said to have died, although it was not clear whether he’d died at the scene, en-route to the hospital or upon arrival.

“Unfortunately I can’t give any details at this time of the persons involved before we contact the families concerned.

“We know these people have staged somewhere. They’ve come from somewhere. They’ve come here and committed a murder and they’ve left from here and we know that, when they do that they stay somewhere and return to there respected areas, and that’s what we need to find out while it’s still fresh.”
