“At approximately 10.40 Sunday morning BELCO received notification of an outage at the Fairmont Southampton Property. On arrival, BELCO crews were informed that there had been an accident involving a contractor and a transformer and that injuries had been sustained to workers at the site.
BELCO crews made the area safe and are assisting in the investigation. BELCO managing director Shelly Leman stated let me also offer my thoughts to those injured and hope they have a speedy recovery.”
