Independent Candidate Withdraws from C3 Race in 2025 General Election

As a reminder, the General Election is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Yesterday the Parliamentary Registrar confirmed that Mr. Kameron Fox, the independent candidate for Constituency #3 – St. David’s, has officially withdrawn his nomination for the 2025 General Election.

As a result, the remaining candidates contesting the seat are:

  • Maurice Foley – One Bermuda Alliance
  • Lovitta Foggo – Progressive Labour Party
  • Shakera Richardson – Free Democratic Movement

In an official letter written by Mr. Kameron Fox to C3 residents explaining his departure from this month’s General Election.

“I would like to apologize to the people of C3 as it pertains to running in this years Election process. I want to apologize because I am unable to continue in this year Election race do to being a Government worker. I was told that if elected I would have to resign From Parks unfortunately this is not the case.

I have to resign now and at this point in my life I am physically not in the position to resign at this time in my life.Resigning from my job is not a option at this time in my life.

So in closing i want to say thank you to everyone that took time out to have really meaningful conversations. I will still be here but just not as an independent candidate in the 2025 Election process.
