Engineering company iEPC Limited (iEPC or the Company) has announced that Jamar Dill has achieved his ILM Level 3.
The ILM Leadership training programme is an internationally recognised programme in Leadership and Management that is facilitated by Management Solutions for iEPC employees that aspire to be and have been identified as having the attributes and potential to be the next generation of leaders within the organisation.
Jamar, a Professional and Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the electrical power industry, joined iEPC in August 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Power Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Maintenance Management. His extensive experience in electrical design, maintenance management and project management, combined with his new ILM skills, will enhance project outcomes.
The programme took place over a nine-month period where he participated in face-to- face and distance learning on various leadership skills and qualities and had to implement these newly acquired skills into his everyday work functions and provide feedback on the impact.
Jamar was presented with his certificate of completion by Jayne Burnes and Anna Mackenzie from Management Solutions. Jamar was also required to provide a short presentation on what he had learned, implemented and intends to implement in the future.
