HRC HELPS TO KEEP HOMELESS SHELTER CLIENTS WARM

The Hamilton Rotary Club, in an effort to add to the comfort level of those persons housed at the Salvation Army Emergency Housing Shelter, has teamed up with the Fritholme Gardens Residential Estate to provide various items for the clients and the housing units.

HRC President Jean Akol, and President Elect Rick Richardson, said the club is pleased to initiate this small gesture at this festive time of the year and hope that it will help make things a bit better for those at the shelter.

The various items donated by the Fritholme Gardens Residential Estate were collected by the General Manager Lyn Tavares and presented to HRC today.

The items included blankets, towels and toiletries for men and women.
