Convicted drug dealer, Winston Paynter, was jailed for a quarter-century fo possessing $1 million worth of diamorphine (heroin) and a half dozen rounds of ammunition.
Pusine Judge Juan Wolffe sentenced the 43-year-old to 19½ years possession with intent to supply and 14 years behind bars for possession of ammunition without a licence.
Paynter, a temperature control technician, was originally stopped by police while in his work van, after he was seen to toss a package into the rear of the vehicle on April 11, 2019.

Judge Wolffe ordered the sentences to run consecutively, with time in custody to be taken into consideration.
