In celebration of the holiday season, Gina Spence Productions (GSP) is excited to announce the Annual Christmas Community Gift of Giving event.
It will be held on Saturday December 9th 2023 from 3pm – 4pm on the front steps of TNTatem School. There will be free photos with Santa, free raffles, free hot cocoa, free soup and live music by DJ Young Si.
This heartfelt initiative is dedicated to providing support to seniors, children, and families in need, creating a warm and family-friendly atmosphere for the community.
Registration for seniors, children and families in need has now closed as we now have over approximately 500 applicants total. GSP is proud to stand with longstanding community partners such as Terceira’s Family Service of Stations, Restoration Ministries, BGA, Phoenix Pharmacy, The Bermuda Post Office, Bermuda Pest Control and OhSnap, all coming together to make a positive impact in the community.
Terceira’s Family Service of Stations will be offering gas vouchers to the
community and conducting a Roundup fundraiser across their various locations to support the event. Teddy, the General Manager, commented “On behalf of the
management and staf of the Terceira’s Family of Service Stations, I would like to
express our thanks to Gina Spence and her team for their continued service to the Bermuda community. It is our pleasure to once again partner with them to raise funds through our round up at all of our locations for Bermuda’s families in need during this Christmas season.”
BGA is generously sponsoring $2,000 worth of food items for 100 healthy food
hampers. Additionally, they will host a special raffle and distribute free hot
chocolate during the event. Olatunji Tucker, Lead Marketing Brand Manager,
emphasizes BGA’s commitment to supporting GSP’s Annual Christmas Outreach program.
The Phoenix Centre’s Pharmacy will provide 100 free gift bags and pharmaceutical gift cards for seniors. Onsite pharmacists will offer free health checks, and a free raffle giveaway will be hosted during the event. George Grundmuller, President and CEO of The Phoenix Stores Ltd, said, “We are delighted to support the Gina
Spence Productions Christmas Gift of Giving initiative again this year. As such,
we have provided pharmaceutical gift cards to help reduce the burden seniors may have purchasing medications, as well as a sizable discount on toys to help brighten the holiday season for some of Bermuda’s young people. “Our pharmacists are excited to be on-site this year to perform blood pressure checks, medication reviews.”
The Bermuda Post Office will deliver pharmaceutical gift cards and gifts to seniors’ doorsteps and conduct a free giveaway during the event. Sam Brangman Jr., Postmaster General commented – “As the Christmas season approaches and we reflect upon our blessings received this past year, it is indeed an honor to share in the ongoing ef orts of Gina Spence Productions (GSP) to lift the spirits of our Community through their “Gift of Giving” campaign.
We applaud and support GSP in providing much needed assistance to our Seniors, children and at risk families and we are pleased to use our delivery platforms and our dedicated and
loyal staf members, to help share the message of service and responsibility.”
Restoration Ministries joins as the newest sponsor, allowing GSP to double efforts in providing healthy food hampers, toys, and pharmaceutical gift cards. Pastor Damon E. Hendrickson commented – We at Restoration Ministries are proud to be partnering once again with Gina Spence Productions for their Christmas Community Gift of Giving event. This will be our third year partnering with them and we couldn’t be more excited to work with and help them with this amazing project. We believe strongly in giving back to our community and what GSP does helps a lot of families during this tough holiday season. A huge thank you, once again, to Gina Spence Productions for allowing us to partner with them and be a part of this initiative to help serve our community. We believe that God is going to show up and show out for those who will be blessed through this initiative. +
OH Snap will be providing free photos with Santa. Emma, owner of OHSNAP
commented. “We are delighted to participate in this heartwarming Christmas giveaway. Capturing the magic of the season, we join hands with the inspirational Gina Spence and her noble cause to spread joy to all. GSP CEO & Founder Dr. Gina Spence’s Comment:GSP are honored and thankful
for the amazing commitment and support we receive through our partnership with our community partners who stand at this podium with us today! We are humbled to be able to provide support to some of Bermuda’s most vulnerable children, seniors and families in their time of need. We recognize the huge gaps in services in providing the basic needs of medicine for our seniors and healthy food for families.
Our goal is to be that bridge that connects the need with the resource
and to ensure that all have access. We are privileged to share in the vulnerable
spaces that many find themselves in during the Festive Season and look forward to sharing in the greatest gift that one can give love, hope and charity. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the hundreds of hard working citizens, and donors of our community for every donation we receive. It’s your donations no matter how big or small that really make the dif erence, simply put we could not achieve our goal without you.
