The Ministry of Public Works is advising that due to the adverse weather conditions expected today associated with Tropical Storm Alex, residential waste collection will be delayed by one day.
Garbage that would normally be collected on Monday 6 June will instead be collected on Tuesday, 7 June.
Members of the public can still use the Tynes Bay public drop-off from 7 am to 7 pm, and all other Waste Management Facilities will be open as normal.
Any content which is considered unsuitable, unlawful, or offensive, includes personal details, advertises or promotes products, services or websites, or repeats previous comments will be removed.
