As we prepare for the impacts of Hurricane Lee, we remain mindful of our obligations to keep our clients, our staff and our families safe.

Today (Thursday) we closed our office early and is scheduled to reopen at 1:00pm on Friday, contingent on when the EMO announces that it is safe to travel on the roads again.

Please note that although our offices are closed, support staff will be working remotely to assist should you have an emergency.

To report a claim, please call 296-3600 (press the number 3), email claims@fmgroup.bm or go to our website and submit online.

During and immediately following a storm, please be careful at all times. Your safety is most important.
Should you need to submit a claim, please document your loss by recording all relevant details of any damage before major clean-up begins. Take numerous photos of any destruction to your property and/ or belongings.
When safe to do so, make initial protective repairs to help prevent further loss and or damage.
