Former Government Senator Curtis Richardson was back in court yesterday.

Mr. Curtis Richardson who has been charged in the death of Marco Warren was brought before Senior Magistrate, the Worshipful Maxanne Anderson for failing to turn up at the Hamilton Police Station to sign bail.

He was ordered to visit the station to do so three times per week as part of his bail conditions when he first appeared in court on November 8th this year and charged with causing Mr. Warren’s death while driving a vehicle which had a taxi licence plate, on North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, without due care and attention on May 14.

Ms. Anderson yesterday gave the accused a stern warning that should he again fail to meet his bail requirement to visit the Hamilton Police Station three times per week as instructed, he will be remanded into custody.
