The Ministry of Health advises the public of the following product recall.
Ferrero recalls a selection of Kinder products listed below because they might be contaminated with Salmonella. This product recall includes all best before dates for the selected Kinder products manufactured at their Arlon site in Belgium between June and the present date. Regardless of the best-before date, these products should not be eaten.
These include Kinder Surprise, Kinder Mini Eggs, Kinder Surprise 100g and Kinder Schokobons.
Symptoms caused by Salmonella usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.

If you have bought the above products, do not eat them. Instead, return affected products to the retailer where purchased to request a refund.
