Fairmont Southampton is seeking Exclusive Guest Transportation Partner(s)

Fairmont Southampton has officially opened the bidding process for its exclusive guest transportation partnership as it prepares for a Summer 2026 reopening.

The resort anticipates over 70,000 annual guests starting in 2027 and is seeking partners for two distinct service modules:

• Module A (Individual): Airport transfers, VIP services, and on-demand guest requests.

• Module B (Group & Events): Large-scale movements for conferences, weddings, and “Discover Bermuda” excursions.

Key Partnership Highlights Exclusivity: Selected partners will hold exclusive rights for all Fairmont-arranged transportation.

Capacity: Vendors must handle up to 600 individual guests or 1,200 group guests per day during peak windows.

Fleet Support: Fairmont is willing to provide written support to the TCD for approved fleet expansion applications.  Commercials: Proposals should include a commission of no less than 20% or a revenue-share model.

Important Deadlines Submissions Due: February 28, 2026.  Selection Date: April 2026.

The initial term of the agreement shall be three (3) years from the mutually agreed service commencement date. Subject to satisfactory performance, Fairmont Southampton may extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year renewal terms.

Fairmont Southampton may terminate the agreement immediately upon written notice in the event of:

• Material breach of contract

• Failure to meet service standards or KPIs

• Violation of confidentiality or data protection obligations

• Failure to maintain required insurance

• Insolvency or cessation of business

• Conduct that negatively impacts guest experience or Fairmont’s brand

• Regulatory non-compliance or loss of operating licenses

Fairmont Southampton may also terminate the agreement for convenience upon ninety (90) days’ written notice.

Upon termination or expiration, the partner agrees to cooperate in an orderly transition of services for up to sixty (60) days to ensure continuity of guest experience.
