Employers reminded to submit workplace accidents and injuries

The Occupational Safety and Health Office is reminding all employers that the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 2009 require every employer to submit an annual report of the number of accidents, dangerous occurrences and injuries that occurred at the workplace during the calendar year, January to December.

Employers are responsible for submitting the report no later than March 1st of each year. Forms are available at www.gov.bm/occupational-safety-and-health. Please complete Form OSHR 30 even if no incidents have occurred by placing zero in the relevant boxes.

This data helps determine areas of highest risk in local businesses, enabling targeted inspections and education activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
