A seventy three year old man appeared in Magistrate Court on Friday charged with assault on another man.
Kevin Horsefield of 20 Paddock Drive, Warwick pleaded not guilty to unlawfully assaulting Cavon Nisbett on the 4th day of July 2023, in Warwick Parish.
Senior Magistrate Maxanne Anderson bailed Horsefield to the sum of $5000 dollars as the accused will return to court for mention on March 18, 2024 at 2:30 pm.
