Bermuda HealthCare Services and Brown-Darrell Clinic are pleased to announce Dr Carika Weldon, Founder, CEO, and Director of Research at CariGenetics, will be the distinguished guest speaker at the upcoming Docs for Dinner. The event is scheduled for September 19th at BLU Bar & Grill.
Dr Weldon, a Bermudian biochemist and trailblazer, has garnered international recognition for her contributions to science and public health. As the first and only Black woman to found a genomics company, Dr Weldon has made history andcemented her place as one of the most influential scientists of her generation.
