A 60-year-old Devonshire man appeared in Magistrates’ Court today where he denied two charges of sexual related offenses, before the Wor. Maria Sofianos.
The man who can not be name for legal reasons pleaded not guilty to (1) sexually assaulting a woman and (2) intruding on the privacy of another female. The alleged offences are said to have occurred in the early part of October last year.
The man was represented by Paul Wilson was released on $3,000 bail with a like surety. He was ordered to have no contact with the complainants.
The case is set to return to Magistrates’ Court on November 10 for mention.
