Every Sunday morning, Lionel Thompson cleans the roadside and sidewalk near his home on Cavendish and Middle Road in Pembroke.
KFC management noticed his good deeds and decided to provide him with a $100 KFC gift certificate.
“ There are a few people at KFC who are out doing things in the community, but we wanted to look for people outside of our team who are doing good work and provide some recognition,” KFC general manager Ginene Haslam said.
Mr. Thompson would like to thank KFC for their generosity and urges people to do their part to keep Bermuda beautiful.
