A man appeared yesterday morning in the Supreme Court charged with Murder. Paget resident Davin Dill pleaded not guilty to murdering Joshua Rowse in front of the South Shore Rubis Gas Station on June 14, 2020.
Mr. Dill also denied possessing a bladed article, specifically a knife, in a public place on the same 2020 date.
Elizabeth Christopher, representing the defendant, told Justice Charles-Etta Simmons that she would be able to file a defense statement for this case by this morning ( March 16).
Once the defense statement is reviewed, a trial date will then be agreed upon.
