Appearing in Magistrate’s Court, a 19 year old Devonshire man was charged with possession of a bladed article.

Jansen Smith pled not guilty to the offense. Senior Magistrate Maxanne Anderson set bail for $3,000. As a put Smith his bail condition he must report to the Hamilton Police Station Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 8am – 6pm in addition to abiding by curfew from 7pm – 7am.
Smith is due to appear back in court on Monday 31st of July 2023.
