BFRS Investigation into Vehicle Fire at Cameron Close Smiths Parish

At 4:12am a call was received via 911 reporting a fire at Cameron Close, Smiths Parish. Two Fire appliances with a total of 8 personnel responded.

First appliance arrived at 4:22am and upon arrival Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service personnel found a vehicle fully engulfed in flame and in close proximity to a residence. Two Firefighters in Breathing Apparatus used an inch and half hose line and Firefighting Foam to extinguish the blaze.

There were no injuries.

A Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service Fire Investigator was also called to the scene and will be conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
