Hart was subsequently charged with trafficking a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug. He appeared before the court yesterday and was remanded into custody pending his next court appearance.
TNN has been attempting to obtain additional details from Canadian authorities but has so far been unable to confirm further information regarding the investigation or the circumstances surrounding the alleged offences.
This remains a developing story, and TNN will continue to follow the case and provide updates as more information becomes available.
