Bermuda Motors Ltd. (BML). proudly celebrates the achievement of Nicholas Fletcher, an A1 Technician/Motor Vehicle Mechanic, who recently returned from Istanbul, Turkey, after successfully completing an advanced BMW Group training course.
From March 24 to 28, 2025, Nicholas took part in the face-to-face “BMW Group High-Voltage Technician Plus” training—a prestigious programme designed for elite BMW technicians worldwide. The training is a critical part of the BMW Group’s initiative to ensure that its global workforce remains at the cutting edge of automotive technology, particularly in the area ofelectric mobility.
Nicholas not only met all the stringent requirements of the course but also passed all the necessary examinations with distinction. As a result, he is now officially certified to work on BMW Group vehicles with electrical drive systems. This certification empowers him to perform complex diagnostic and service procedures, including testing high-voltage systems using approved equipment.
Nicholas is also committed to staying abreast of the latest high-voltage technologies implemented in BMW vehicles, ensuring that Bermuda Motors continues to deliver exceptional and safe service to its clients as the industry shifts toward electric and hybrid models.
