Bermuda 6 Dominica 1
Bermuda’s Gombey Warriors danced all over Dominica on Saturday night, beating the Caribbean side 6-1 in their CONCACAF Nations League match at Flora Duffy Stadium.
Keying the Island to a much-needed result was Nahki Wells, who converted a first-half-trick hat-trick. Wells found the back of the net in the ninth, 18th and 26th minutes, as the match was settled as a contest by half-time.
Zeiko Lewis made it 4-0 moments following the break before Travis Joseph pulled a goal back for the visitors.
Substitute Knory Scott restored the four-goal lead in the 85th minute after receiving the ball from Wells, before Jai Bean closed out the scoring at the end of regulation time.
