Bermuda Day Garbage Collection Advisory

The Ministry of Public Works advises the public that due to the Bermuda Day holiday on Friday, 28th May, garbage normally collected on that day will be collected on Saturday, 29th May 2021.

As a reminder, Friday garbage collection areas include Smith’s Parish east of Devil’s Hole, all of Hamilton and St. George’s parishes except the Old Town.

Please place bagged garbage out for collection no later than 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to remind the public that each of us has a role to play in stopping the spread of the coronavirus. Follow Public Health guidelines, wear a mask, practice good hand hygiene, maintain physical distance and download the WeHealth Bermuda app. Do the research, talk with your doctor, and make an informed decision about getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
