The subject was subsequently located on Court Street near Jamaican Grill and upon seeing police fled for a third time.

Officers then came across the male, who appeared to have lost control of his motorcycle and crashed by mounting the sidewalk near the junction of Two Way Mews and North Street, Pembroke.

He sustained non-life threatening injuries and was attended to at the scene by EMTs, before he was transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.

He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired.
