A large police presence on Mount Hill Road in Pembroke included tactical firearms officers and K9 unit earlier this afternoon.
TNN understands this exercise took place shortly after 3pm as police execution a search warrant.
Police blocked the area off from the motoring public near the junction with Mount Hill and Overview Hill, in a heavy populated residential area overlooking the North Shore.
TNN sort a response from the BPS on this matter. A police spokesperson replied
“Officers were in the process of executing a warrant in relation to an ongoing investigation.”
