Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex Group” or “The Group”), a global financial services provider, today announces the appointment of Anne Storie, as Country Head, Cayman Islands, effective December 1, 2022.
Based in Grand Cayman and reporting to Georges Archibald, Chief Innovation Officer and Managing Director, Americas, Anne will be responsible for leading the business and to continue
the growth and evolution of Apex Group’s operations in the Cayman Islands.
Apex Cayman offers an efficient and flexible approach to fund services, including Corporate Secretary, Nominee and Custody Services. By tailoring its solutions to support the specific
requirements of each individual client, Apex Cayman is authorized to provide services to Registered Funds, (Mutual and Private Funds), Administered Funds, Master Funds and Trusts.
Anne joins Apex Group from Ashland Park Advisory, where she advised and supported a variety of companies in various growth stages in both interim executive and non-executive capacities.
Previously, Anne served as CEO of Waystone in Cayman and the Americas. During her career at Waystone, which spanned over 15 years, Anne played an instrumental role in helping to grow its
client base with assets under management from $200m to $1trn. Anne also led the successful global expansion of the business, overseeing the launch of offices in Dublin, Hong Kong, Brazil,
New York, Luxembourg, London, Singapore, and Ireland.
Anne is an active member of the Cayman Islands’ financial services and business community, serving as Deputy Chairwoman for the Trade and Business License Board for the Cayman Islands
Government.She is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, 100 Women in Finance and various committees involved in charitable outreach.
